Brian W. Evans, P.E.

Director of Planning and Design

Brian coordinates and directs the planning and design of the Company’s development projects from acquisition/zoning through construction. He joined Jefferson Development Group after spending six years at the engineering firm of Qk4, where he was a Project Engineer/Manger in the Site Development Department.

He is a member of the Kentucky Society of Professional Engineers (KSPE), the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE), the Young Real Estate Professionals of Louisville (YREP) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Brian has both a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree and a Masters of Engineering degree from the University of Louisville and is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Kentucky.
